Cantilever is connected with kickstand by gemel. Manual calabash or power calabash can be installed on cantilever to rise clog. Power or manual calabash moves in line on cantilever and hangs clog. Turning of impending clog or own ring is driven manually. With the performance of simple structure, easy operation, large work scope, it is fit for short distance of transit, loading and unloading goods at storehouse, shipside.
